Back by demand, Aria’s Enchi-Holla Enchilada Pizza is our weekly special! This pizza was a double winner in our employee pizza contest.  The Enchi-Holla won awards for “Most Popular” and “Most Creative.” A customer fell in love with this pizza the last time we had it on the menu and requested that we bring it back… so we did! Try it this week!

This delicious pizza has our free range chicken breast marinated in a green enchilada sauce, corn, black olives, cilantro, and jack and cheddar cheese. When the thin version comes out of the oven, we put some crunchy corn tortilla chips right on top. The stuffed pizza has a layer of corn tortillas inside. Both pizzas are topped off with a cool swirl of sour cream. Yum!

This week we are featuring a new pizza! It has asparagus spears, crumbled bacon, red onion, jack and cheddar cheese. It’s available stuffed or thin and will only be around for a limited time at all four of our locations, so try it soon!

Our new Italian Meatball Pizza is available for a limited time at all Zachary’s!

Zachary’s house made Italian style meatballs with fire roasted red bell peppers and mozzarella cheese. We have a limited daily supply – please ask for availability when you call or arrive. It’s so good!

Our ROASTED POTATO PIZZA special is available now at all Zachary’s for a limited time! Roasted baby red potatoes, chopped garlic and onion, fresh rosemary with jack cheese. Available stuffed or thin. This is serious comfort food!

The results of the Zachary’s Employee Owner Pizza Contest are in! And lucky for you, we will be featuring several winning pizzas on our menu so you can try all of the delicious results!

First up… Aria’s Enchi-Holla Enchilada Pizza! Aria won in both the “Best Pizza” and the “Most Creative Pizza” categories (HOLLA!). Aria has worked with Zachary’s for 15 years and has been a part of the management team for most of that time. She got her inspiration for this tasty pizza from her love for enchiladas (specifically she really loves green enchilada sauce) and pizza. Why not put the two together? You will certainly be glad that she did when you try the Enchi-Holla pizza.
